Our service structure


Level 1 IT Professionals
Composed of internal only IT help desk and field IT professionals engaged as first line of defense for incident management, problem diagnosis and Level 1 remediation. Certain individuals in our Level 1 team are also delegated as client advocates, general customer support representatives, as well as others are responsible for field dispatch and resource scheduling.
Level 2 IT Professionals
Level 1 staff works with Level 2 to collaborate on more complex issues. If Level 1 cannot resolve, issues are quickly escalated.
